This is a simple Idea. (in theory) Everyone in the server can participate. You can choose a class like assassin or warrior or Archer etc. Noobcrew and Cypriotmerkz will have to talk to other server owners but it would be fun. Basically multiple servers fight in a HUGE MAP. You can put alliances and truces and make people enemies. This could go on for multiple days. Once a player kills you then you cannot respond into the war but can /spectate. Here are a few basic kits. (for all servers) /kit Warrior Full diamond armour Protection I One Diamond Sword Sharpness 2 64 Steak 2 Gapples (non enchanted) /kit Assasin or /kit Stealth Full Chainmail armour P2 One Iron sword Sharpness V 32 Steak 5 Potions of Speed 2 3 Potions of Invisibility Bow Power 1 Infinity 1 Flame 1 1 arrows /kit Archer Full Chainmail armour P1 One Iron sword Sharpness 3 Bow Punch 1 Power IV Flame I 2 stacks of arrows (128 arrows) Chemist (may be the weakest kit overall, but can buff/heal himself and his allies, as well as weaken and damage opponents): Full Gold Set (Protection I, Unbreaking III) Iron Sword (Sharpness I) 5X Splash Potion of Strength (hope they can stack) (will not affect enemies) 8X Splash Potion of Regeneration (hope they can stack) (will not affect enemies) 8X Splash Potion of Healing II (hope they can stack) (will not affect enemies) 64X steak Paladin (same as warrior, but like the chemist, his holy aura can buff allies, and damage opponents who hurt him): Diamond Helmet, Iron Chestplate, Iron Legs, Diamond Boots (Protection II, Thorns III, [possible Unbreaking X through command blocks, Cyp/Noob? (I know how to get it, but can they get it too?)] Diamond Sword (Sharpness II) Effect on Teammates at a range of 5 blocks (if this could be possible. If yes, then that would be AWESOME): Strength I, Regeneration I 64X steak Nub (Is he actually a nub... maybe... maybe not): Iron Helmet, Leather Chestplate, Leather Legs, Golden Boots Stone Sword (Sharpness I, Unbreaking III) 64X steak Whichever Server wins gets an amazing reward that has to be agreed with all the Owners and co-owners. The builders will be Volunteers and can Apply to build big maps. All the organizers of the event will have to be credited at the end will receive a small reward. Its an idea... but i think it won't work out like 2 servers fighting each other more like 1 game mode that is like a tournament style thang
It sounds fun, but... would Noob/Cyp be willing to ask other owners to have fun from that, and make it like Sparta vs. the Persians. Plus, server war, what I've seen on the wiki, server war is hackers against the owners and people who love the server. The kits are kind of unbalanced too... Warrior a bit too OP, especially when they're attacking the archers. There's no use for the invisibility on the assassin because if they put the armor on, they can be seen, and still be attacked. Archer needs to have its armor buffed, even if it's a light class. This is what I'd do: Warrior: Iron Helm, Diamond Chestplate, Diamond Legs, Diamond Boots (each armor Protection II, Unbreaking III [if they got spam-hit by fast-bow noobs.]) Diamond Sword (Sharpness II [no knockback. Runner noobs will take advantage of the knockback.]) 64X steak Assassin: Iron Helm, Chain Chestplate, Chain Legs, Iron Boots Iron Sword (Sharpness V [that's what an assassin is; kill its prey fast]) Bow (Power II, Infinity I [like the sword; kill its prey fast.]) 1X arrow 64X steak 16 Splash Potions of Poison II (if they can change it, so that your team and yourself cannot be killed by the poison.) Archer: Full leather (Protection IV [too fragile to withstand assassins or warriors.] Bow (Power III, Flame I, Infinity I) Iron Sword (Sharpness II) 1X arrow 64X steak I may add more... this is just for now... Not god kit but other kits yes sure. The point is strategy. Everyone will start with a piece of claimed land. You can send out allies and truces to help you not just full on fighting. If you are assassin you can sneak into enemy bases and stealth kill.
It's a event that would take a lot of planning and time to do. I really am intrigued by this idea but do you think it's going to happen? I doubt there would be that much involvement from our Administration team to organize such a Event like this. It's a great idea but I don't think it will ever happen and if it does well this is going to be Fun.
I think there should be help from members they can trust and that a lot of people in the server trust. For the map itself well it will be a group of volunteers I can volunteer and i know a lot of people who can volunteer also to help.
