Well, for most of you guys the first language will already tell you what this thread is about. Yes, I am leaving. :(

Well, the main reasons are:

1. STU-DYING (get it, dying?)

2. HEALTH

3. Popularity

Let's start with Studying.
Now, in a school in Korea, A LOT is expected from you. No joke. I am in the Senior Math Group where in this age I have to do a lot of complicated math sequences with complicated algebra with negative fractions. My Korean skills are also worsening. I do not blame this on Mineverse, however I believe it's best for me to quit this so I can get my head going and read, study and stay AWAY from video games.

Next is Health.
If you've seen my profile picture, then you would've seen my face. Yes, I wear glasses. Some of you might think it's no big deal, but it actually is. My eye grade is -6.1, which is terribly low for a person my age. I am going to get my eye surgery when I am 16, and I really have to stay away from being -8.0, because then you guys can start calling me a blind dimwit. But that's not all. If you read on of my status messages, it said I went south for the sake of health. My health has recent become unhealthy, and I missed out 5 school days. I am typing this to you in a Hospital. I have a virus infection, eye infection and suicidal thoughts, and the doctor said this is because of gaming.

Last is Popularity.
I, wanted to make a difference to this server. I dreamed of being like Grayson, Cypriot, ScoFu13 or Gwism, but no, I didn't. I wasn't promoted to moderator. This made me feel very not proud and disappointed in myself and I lost the amount of fun I used to have in this server. I honestly think some of the Moderator Promotions are horrendous and I felt so uncomfortable.

Just to tell you guys, there is a chance that I might come back, but that's only if I get to see a shooting star and IF it makes my wish come true. I hope to see you guys again, but this server is just bad for my health. Thanks.

Please don't commit suicide over a video game. Do everything you can from getting away from those thoughts. Those are the worst kind of thoughts. Also hope your eyes get better. It's really sad to see you go. Stay strong, my friend. I’m in the same case (except without the virus/eye infection) like I become twitchy whenever I stop playing games like it was a drug, and I do wear glasses as well (from a stupid bee flying into my face like it doesn’t give a f***, and occasional playing-too-much-games)

 

Studying.

It's actually a lot worse in Peru :p But I agree you should be able to get your studies up because then you won't be able to go to a good university and get a high paying job etc etc..

Health

I'm sorry for the virus and eye infection :( suicide is not the way to go. It is the worst possible way. I agree you should get away from MV from all the haters and bullies on Minecraft these days

Popularity.

Don't worry, you'll still be remembered around here. I do hope you decide to return to MV someday whenever everything of yours is good and fixed.
