Due to responsibility, I can make sure that I serve my own consequences, and make sure others serve theirs too if needed. I hold respect, which is a big thing towards many servers. I will respect players, staff or no staff, and people I dont know too. I will assist as much as I can, and there will be no "I can't" from my own mouth. I am very advanced in using the ban and kick commands. I only use them if necessary, so I cant abuse them. If I think someone deserves a ban, I will first speak to the other staff members about it, then we will make the decision. Though, there is problems about hackers. I am extremely tired of them going on our server because they make the players on our server have a bad time playing. So I think that I have what it takes to become a Moderator and get rid of spammers, hackers and people who just make the server an un-pleasant place to be in. I would first warn them with wording. Then I would kick them, if necessary, then temp ban or ban, would go over with the other staff. This way, I don't make a mistake in banning someone. I am on minecraft a lot because I am a no-life I am on this server a lot too. I am fully dedicated 24/7 to helping this server to grow even bigger and be the positively best server ever. I really enjoy the server and I hope that everyone has a fun time on the server. I would like to become a moderator, is so that I may punish the rule-breakers who behave inappropriately – which I see very often around the server. I feel as if I may be able to help with this, as I am online while other staff members usually aren’t. I also tend to love handling tasks, so I feel like this position would be right for me. As a side note: I recognize that being a moderator is a difficult job, and I understand and agree to face these challenges as a staff member if I ever face them in the future. Since this has already been revealed, there is a lot of overseen servers for this server. By this I mean that some servers are quite popular for the staff, kitpvp obviously and several more. And then there is other servers that not enough staff visits, at least not very often, I think you know which servers I'm talking about here, if not, Parkour. This is fully understandable since Survival Games, is new and people have been waiting for it, and Lobby are the servers where the population is biggest. I want to change this up by trying to be as active as I can on all servers, I know this is quite the challenge from experience, but I'll do my best. I also want to become a moderator since I'm very active on the server, and it isn't new for me that there is no staff online. Rule breakers go through and destroy the gaming experience for others, of course people can report them still, but for what purpose? The player has already dealt the gaming experience damage, and there goes quite some time before he is punished. I like helping players out in the community, if it's a simple question or a hard question, stupid question or a good question, the person will get the same treatment and I'll answer as good as I can. I can make a big impact on the hacking and drama started in the server as I said before. I know a lot about hacking and I can definitely tell who hacks. I know all my hacks (ka, ff, triggerbot, safety ff, autoclick, anti knockback, better ka, etc.) I have reported many people with really good proof. I try hard to read over other hacking threads and if it is not good enough or if people and moderators are having disagreements on what it is, I put in my input, which normally turns the tide and ends the debate. When trying to stop drama wars between people on the server, the ignorant antagonists don't care. They don't take me seriously as I am just a player. Being helper could help that as I try to stop many events that happen. I am very active on other parts of the server and forums, but it seems that these places seemed to be the most neglected and that I can help get these threads covered. Also, I am active so people can receive help from me. My response to that is that I could report the threads directly up to staff that can ban members, and then the business is taken care of immediately. I hate seeing the drama and other things break up relationships and community in this server. I can help with these issues by warning players and offering solutions to these problems. These solutions don’t require a moderator to do it, and everyone on this server could take in account of what I said here and stop the wars before they start. However if they do start, I have, in the past, fetched a moderator/administrator from the lobby to come and resolve the situation. I have not joined into these wars and I only try to stop them by saying neutral comments. I cannot say why I should be chosen, because quite frankly, that’s up to you to decide. I cannot go around saying I’m mature, I cannot say I am the best candidate, because the truth is, though I can judge myself, I am not the judge here. You are. I do not know what you wish for in a moderator, all that I know is that a moderator should respect everyone equally regardless of your relations to said person, to not act as if they are above others, and to be a role model to the entirety of the server, and this is what I strive to be like, moderator or not.I try my best to help those in need, whether if it's a donation problem, hackers, scammers, griefers, and even just confused new members who need a small tour, I am glad to help, and will respond quickly and accordingly. I have been playing Mineverse for about almost 6 months. I really have been enjoying it. Have you ever been banned in the past? No, I have never been banned on the server before. I have never broken any of the rules on mineverse in my whole life. Do you have any past experience as a moderator? I have had staff on many servers, but I'll run through some of the bigger ones: A 30 player Cops and Robbers server I was mod for, which failed due to not getting enough donations, even through I donated $20 twice in a failed attempt to keep it alive. A 20 player Greek Role play server which I am currently a Builder/Admin on. And finally, I was staff on a 50 player Survival/Creative server till I resigned because of how bad the owners were. Also, a handful of smaller Survival/Creative servers, 7 total, only 2 of which were owned by friends. Which two servers would you like to moderate?
