    I believe the problem is within the Power Supply. There's way of testing to see if it is or not but I don't know if you, yourself would be able to do it.

    Look under the Bold text :
    Power supply light is on or flashes

    Under there you should find out how to check the voltage.

    I recommend not going into your PC if you're on carpet... You'll ruin something with static.

    I am on carpet and daddyhf I did what u said with the video and it didn't work the power isn't going threw. There is a green light blinking but no power or anything
