Since in game upgrades are a problem too, they should just make that you can only do your own upgrade
100% support! If this is not taken more seriously, these people will keep downgrading people without hesitation.

Guys, They can do a credit card check through paypal. They can then trace back to who the credit card belongs to. If there is another payment using that credit card involving another player as a downgrade or even them buying themselves a rank then they can ban the credit card. They should have it so that there is an Error when you try to get your self a lower rank or someone try's to get you a lower rank. I am currently a $550 rank on another server and I killed a guy that is that rank and he raged and tried to get me the rank that is $10 but it didn't work as there is a protection. I don't know if this helped but there should be a bigger punishment for downgrading.
It's not like they are losing their complete rank, it's just the prefix and some perms on servers they lose. All they have to do is send a email to [email protected] and things will be fixed. I don't think they should be lobby banned because what if they spent $250.00 on Mineverse as-well.
