Can't upgrade

Hello, my in game name is staffordjr9 I am currently an elite but I was looking to upgrade to supreme. So I went to the store and clicked upgrade to supreme but a pop up came up and said "you are not allowed to purchase this item". I was wondering if you could help me out.

I've seen these problems rarely, Have you tried logging in and out of buycraft?

just wondering you've never charged back on any server have you? As most charge back cases dissallow your usernames usage on anything buycraft.

 

No, it allows me to buy other things

 

ok because thats usually what causes you to not be able to buy things it can happen if some one bought something for you.

 

This has been happening to me also. I wanted to upgrade myself from VIP-MVP and it has the same message. I've tried logging in and out from the store. Also it will let me buy Premium-Sponsor, so I think that the store thinks I'm premium, even though I'm VIP. :(

Have you ever charged back on any items? If so, you may not be able to purchase a rank due to chargebacks.

 

No I have not charged back any items

I finally just bought MVP without the upgrade, I think it's fixed now.
