If, you suddenly gotten this webpage come up every time you click the internet,

That means you have downloaded something and it has boxes ticked and if you install it with some of them ticked it can change it to your main webpage so you just need to be more careful about that,

I think you cannot change it on Google Chrome so i suggesting Internet Explorer so go to tools Alt + X then click Internet Options and then change that browser as the Default or a customized website you want it to open as when you use Internet Explorer
