The Screen shots go in order from Bottom to Top. I think kcushman is ban evanding because he tells me to pay JordanNeo, high chances of JordanNeo being his ban evade account.
The Second Screen shot he tells me to pay JordanNeo and he will Upgrade.
I took a couple more screen shots showing more proof and the last one (The Top) says on bottom of chat I payed JordanNeo $1500. Thank you for looking at this report, have a great day!

Will I be able to get my money back? I never knew that guy was going scam me. I worked hard on getting that money and I voted for it too. :(
