No support.. the literal entire point of parkour is to have skill, what's skillful about using a command and acting like you're superior in any way? It also gives the chance of more false/invalid reports, if people report somebody who has /fly there isn't a way of telling if they're completed or not, unless you provide screenshots with their prefix, that they're flying, and even after that, there's room for error, if /fly was added NC would have to be removed, just so players wouldn't get kicked for flying, and that means hackers wouldn't get kicked for flying, making more work for the staff team.
