There's nothing I can say that @bwolnbonkcd hasn't said. The only tip I can give you is to be more active. Unfortunately I can't believe you when you say you've been a member of MineVerse since one and a half years ago. I've never seen you in-game once, let alone help people. Sorry, I can't support. This app is extremely short, I agree with @bwolnbonkcd

Noobcrew and CypriotMerks promotes you, but not into admin. Currently, they only can promote you into a moderator and a guard. Admin is a very old rank that (I think) Gwism had before.
