MTis, can you get anymore evidence? In the video we can't get a visual on the players username. I'm not saying you're lying about his username, I'm saying that we need all the evidence we can get.

Yes, but I zoomed in during the video toward the end when he gets knocked off, I saw a player with a dark skin sitting there as well and he could have been the one to hit him off, that's why we need to see that user with that username.

 

Max where is the player with the dark skin?

But I'd like to make a few points clear on what you said.

I don't see a person with a ''Dark skin'' Near him, do you?

I don't give a care about warning points.
But what should care here, is about banning a possible player incorrectly for life.

From my expierance on this server I do see alot of noobs glitching out like that taking no kb or damage. Could there be a possibility that the player was not actually hacking? Because what you are see is not like any client I have ever seen. As everyone should know there is alot of lag-outs from the server conncetion problems.
And to what I believe theres is not one person in this. But a multiple people. Look closely. These gamertages are jumbled up, overlaping each other. This would be the "Darker skin player" that Maxninja well stated.
I don't think neither players should be banned.
