I'm sick of this bull crap...

How am I a bad mod? If you can tell me why, maybe I can improve.

 

I am not sure you understand what we do daily.
We all try our hardest.
Yes, some of us make mistakes.
We are all still learning, and believe it or not I'm still learning.
Everyone should appreciate what we do for the server.
I honestly hate seeing threads that bring the team down. Remember, we try our hardest and we aren't perfect.

These mods are amazing. They all do work around here and some of them take breaks from time to time, because you simply don't know what they go through everyday. They get called mean things, they're pressured to do things players continously ask them to do. They get disrespected every day, and that is exactly what you are doing. They're keeping the server in order. I agree we do need more mods, but not demote any of the current ones, because they're all doing their jobs. If you don't like it, that is your problem, but it does not mean you have to publicly announce it. And at least give some constructive criticism. Instead of telling them they aren't good mods.

This all means nothing wanna know why? It's all an opinion. Honestly I think all the mods aren't trying their hardest or this thread wouldn't even be here. This is my opinion:we news are old mods back. No offense but most of the new mods aren't on my AWESOME LIST. I'm not gonna point out names. This all an opinion and that was my opinion.

Believe me every moderator is doing their absolute best. There are many tough decisions to make.Its an ongoing learning process as no two situations are the same.I do however think this thread is unnecessary,unless the things that @Daddy said are added

 

At least these mods were AWESOME enough to actually become mod. At least these mods were BRAVE enough to ask for this privilege. As @VaMeSa123 says, "before you start judging mods, step into their shoes and walk the life they're living. Maybe then you will see how strong they are." As for you, you are not even moderator and you are judging these mods negatively. You don't even know how harsh their lives may be and you are not even sure if they are enjoying this privilege or not. And I'll admit it, even one of the most greatest mods such as @ScoFu13 is WAY more experienced and better than me in several ways, but he still has his own negatives. Although I am not Moderator I KNOW that every single moderator in Mineverse is awesome, and I am glad for the people who got promoted.

PS: Sorry if I put too much commotion to this, I just get really touchy when someone says moderators are bad. ;)

To be honest, sometimes I just think this is an excuse so that some people have a chance at moderating, if I could improve on anything, please tell me and I will try my best. In my opinion, all the staff are doing a fantastic job at the moment, if you are not satisfied, then that's not our problem, because we try our best to make this server what it is today. You wouldn't like it if you was moderating this server and getting a lot of hate from about fifty people a day would you? Just because we make mistakes don't make us bad people, we all make mistakes from time to time, that is humans for you. And another thing, just because we banned you, don't think that we dislike you, it's our job, so please, if possible just calm down with the hate guys, thanks. <3
