Lost Rank In Kit-PvP[Resolved]

    -Hello Mineverse staff.

    -Username: Gamer_199
    -Rank:Elite

    Reason Why:
    -The reason why my rank was lost is because of the commander glitch.
    -As you all may know, if a Donor buys commander they loose their rank.
    Sadly i found that out after it happened. Due to this glitch i have been stuck with commander for 2 months now and i really want my belonging rank.

    Could you provide a screenshot of you as an elite on another of the gamemodes?

    Also moving to donation issues.
