No, he means, if someone buys you a rank lower than what you already are, you'll automatically be pexed lower. I think the mods have a list somewhere to get you back your rank. It will help if you have any screenshots showing you as Elite, as proof you were in fact that rank.
@Gemmalove One of the gayzos is showing me being elite and then buycraft kicking in and showing me being premium :/

You will need to email: [email protected] with all of the proof and what you have said here. That is a buycraft issue and us mods can't do anything about it. Email the info and Cyp will get to it. Have patience , lots of emails.
