Local chat in creative?

Latly there has been alot of rpg in creative so i was wondering if there can be a local chat so those playing rpg can focus on their rpg and maybe slow down the chat a bit? It will also help because i see some people in rpg's spamming the hat so the others can see the message and can continue on playing the game.

It would make less lag I think, All the chat msgs going to everybody.
