Just because you have been on the server for a year doesn't mean you are active on the forums and know the community well.
I recommend spending some time on Mineverse forums before jumping right into the application - that is seen as somewhat desperate for it.
Your application is fairly well-done, I would suggest editing things such as the format. (decreasing the boldness, color, etc)
