Hello my in-game name is logfin825 and i am on the new 1.8 a few problems are occurring for me and i would like help. On hellblock i am unable to see any player and that's a struggle for me when i play mob arena. Also the commands /pet /d are not working for anyone can you please bring them back! THANKS;)
Well we would bring them back but sadly the plugins havnt updated to 1.8 so that means we won't have pets until the plugin is updated or a new one comes. Very sorry.
For those who are not aware, Bukkit and all plugins currently supported on CraftBukkit have taken a more legal turn. Any plugins not claiming a copyright license will not be supported by them. So what does that mean for us loving players of their awesome software? Well, we'll have to bite our tongue just a little while longer to gain what we want once again.
They don't have a choice at the moment until Craftbukkit 1.8 gets settled By that time, 1.9 will be out.

A quick research of Bukkit.org (and many of the developer staff's twitters) will show they are still in the designing phase of Craftbukkit 1.8.
