Everyday Have you ever been banned or temp banned on another server? - No. What is your previous experience in any type of moderation? - I had my own server but it went down due to financial reasons. and i have been mod on a few other servers cant remember names sorry. Where are you most active on the server? parkour and factions How many hours can you contribute per day? -2 hours per day What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them - To be a good mod you need to listen! Don't get frustrated if they don't understand right away, put yourself in their place. Just because they are younger doesn't mean they are less than you. they are learning, keep it simple, take your time. Realize you might need to repeat instructions this is normal , you might need to change your approach. You need to see how they are thinking. Put yourself in their place. Ask questions and follow up to make sure people understand. Whatever happens between you and the person is their experience with Minecraft. They are not just a voice on the screen they are real and so are their feelings so be aware of all these things because we are representing Minecraft Anything else we should know? -I'm patient and I take my time with people. I was once a new player and needed helpers. I had good experiences learning from them, this made me a better player. I want to give back so that others will grow in the game and become positive role models in the Minecraft community. I am the youngest of 3 brothers. My older brother and i are gamers. My middle brother has special needs and I have taught him how to game. I have learned to work well with all types of people, younger and older, male and female. I have had to overcome many fears and losses in my life, Minecraft has helped me to relax and stay focused, It has taught me to build and plan.
