Top voter [Pops] [Handled]

    AS WE ALL KNOW THERE IS A TOP VOTER RIGHT ??

    I HAVE NOTICED THAT SOME PEOPLE HAVE 22 VOTES AND 21.THE MAX FOR THE VOTES IS 20.
    IS THIS A GLITCH OR SOMETHING CAUSE LIKE THOSE PEOPLE HAVE 22-21 AND OTHERS JUST HAVE THE MAX AND BELOW.

    @Cookie Monster you can ask other people to vote for you I think that works and btw I have 22 votes Im top voter but I have no clue how to hack so yes I hope this helped you. :D
