Head-Guard Suggestions

I feel head-guard should be owned by someone who is a head-guard only.
Just like how the current guards have a "Prison Guard" title on the forums, the head-guard should have that too (but with more permissions and it saying "head-guard" or course). I am not saying that the people currently trying for head-guard are not fit for it. I am just saying that we need someone as head-guard that is only dedicated to that gamemode and doesn't have to worry about other ones.
