[Infection] losing levels on infection [Awaiting Admin]

    Why are we losing levels on infection? For me it's the 2nd reset i got, once when I was prestige 3 level 30 and once when I was prestige 3, lvl 10
    Can you do something about this? you are losing players because of this issue :/
    I don't have any screenshots from me anymore, but someone does and she will post them :)
