[Factions] LeBrand [Beefy] [Banned] [Scamming]

I was just scammed by a supreme named lebrand out of 100k on prison. I took screenshots, so hopefully he can get banned.

3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Scamming me out of money on factions for prison money. (I was going to pay 30k on factions for 100k on prison)
