This user should be banned he has done it in the past to me but I could never report as no picture and now I do.

 

Ok I just now after 50 minutes he tried again to lava me here is another picture I am not going to spawn back in for another hour or 2 because he is staying in the same location of the mine here is a new picture: http://gyazo.com/89cc96d4793e0645d48f35c63698d4b6

Two things:

Why are the screenshots cropped?

Because you uploaded them to gyazo instead of directly to the website, I have no way of seeing the filenames/times the screenshots were taken/reported. For all I know, that could have been the same incident with multiple screenshots just submitted separately.

Get back to me ASAP.

 

I use a screen shot program called Gyazo and took the best snap shot I could I didn't use prnt scrn or whatever because it's easier for me to gyazo it so I don't have to worry about uploading so that's why. But I can show you my gyazo history and it shows when I took the images but either way he lavaed me. And there is proof.

 

Well, without any additional information I can only jail ban him two days for one offense, unless you're able to provide the history which shows when each picture was taken.
