I can't get my kits [48 Hours]

I can't get my kits on the server and I don't know why. And it's saying that I don't have permission to get them.

 

Did you notice the cool down or is it still not working even without a cool down?

 

There's no cool down it just said I have no permission

 

are you a donator? and if so send screenshots to [email protected] and be patient they are a little slow at responding.

 

Same thing that happened to me when i was a god, I downgraded
