When adding detail, add detail about why you should be a Moderator, why they should choose YOU over anyone else.

You need more time in the forums, and i can't belive you were playing 1 year and you're new member in the forum. Anyways you need a lot more of detail and i think you should change the title of this app, because "I want become a mod" isn't a title for a Mod App. Good luck.
