Creative Problems I NEED HELP[Listed]

I know this is the second time I have said this but it's serious I really want to go back onto creative but I can't because I had picked up this stupid sword that had given me speed 1000 and i crashed and all it said as 'Illegal position' so now when ever I want to join i can't move even when flying HELP ME PLEASE.

 

Just switch the item as soon as u join creative.

No I can't cu the Effect it gave me is still with me and my screen is just white when I join so that won't help unless it can somehow fix my Minecraft cuz it fully pauses
