[Creative] Making Custom OP Items

I Am NOT Releasing The Name Of What Mod Is Used For This!
Basically, I Am On Creative as the time this is posted, and i am creating custom OP items
What i can do:
Custom Items
Custom Potions
Custom Player Heads
Any Enchant
Any Level (Up to 60000)
Any Attribute

LIMITS:
Speed Attribute Limit: +4
Max Health Attribute Limit: Nothing Below 0
Nothing that can crash,kill or harm a player.
Up to 5 Enchantments per item
1 "Fake" Enchantment

Each Custom OP Item takes around 2-4 Minutes to create, so be patient!

I Need A Mod to reset my inventory, i screwed up and every time i log on i crash.

Not really, I can still make items, i just did not expect a flower with 420 damage to crash me.
