Mods cannot change your forums name. They could unban your other account if you message them about it and say sorry etc. (I'm not saying this will increase your chances though) P.S: Tagging CypriotMerks will not get you anywhere, he will probably not view the thread as he has many other important matters to attend to.
First off, since your other account was banned your "ban evading" try to start a conversation with any moderator and say why you were banned.
So she said it was ok to create this account because she accidentally banned you for life instead of the month.
