the problem is that there is much to many hackers and I have had hacks used o me over 50 times and I think that some of the mineverse staff should come online to kitpvp oppvp skywars and other pvp based games to find hackers. players can only report so much at a time and were so into playing that most hackers are not reported.
We are trying our best, we have lives, we have families, we have school, We can't be on all day, we have lives like every other person out there.
You must not realize it but, The Moderators have lives, they can't sit here playing a online game 24/7 they have more important things like family and sports. The moderators do there best at there job and they are all amazing.
The moderators have lives too. They are not some robots design to be in-game 24/7. There's a reason that they have a report section on forums. Here's what I do. I downloaded a recorder, and report the hackers. Over 107 hacker are banned by me. :P
Report... Not that difficult Us (mods) try our best to do reports. Also, if you think moderating is just banning hackers, you're wrong, we get spammed in-game with questions and random messages. Like jadey and max said we have lives, we can't moderate 24/7. I have to deal with school and an after-school sport five days a week, and then I have a job on Saturday....
Its not that they aren't online, its more than they won't ban hackers. When you tell them to come tp there is a hacker, they say record and report on forums -.-
And half of it is stuff like "is onwer? Hlap noe" "Op my or I ben yu" >.> But yeah, we do do our best to not only ban off reports but actively find them as we go around in-game, we just can't do it all day... Every day...
We all have lives. We can't sit online all day. We have things to do. Everyone expects us to be on all the time, just because we're staff doesn't mean we can be on all the time. :/
That's because we are already looking at a hacker someone else told us to come watch. If we are already recording a hacker or trying to and you pm a mod saying, come look at this hacker, guess what, you are going to have to wait until the mod can get to it. You truly don't understand all that happens to mods when we join a game. It is a massive amount of pm spams as well as in the chat amongst recording hackers we see on our own. If a mod responds for you tp record and report its because they are busy and not ignoring you. If its that bad, do your part. We cant watch three different hackers at the same exact time on opposite sides of the map. Relax a bit.
It's silly that mods have to record them if they see them. Like. You are trusted with a ban hammer you shouldn't have to record....
Its for proof and historical records. We have to be able to provide proof of a hacker/rule breaker to an admin or owner if a ban were to come into question. Everything is logged.
I fully understand what you mean. Most the time I log on there are no staff online, if there are there is only one. And most of that time they are AFK. Cyp should promote more players, to actually give there server a chance. The other day, there were quite a few hackers online, there was also a moderator. People were telling the mod to ban the hackers, but he refused to ban any hacker and gave everyone, including me, the cold shoulder. He continued on playing the gamemode. I will not say the gamemode or mod, but I have evidence.
too bad the world ain't close to perfect, what we need are those who haven't been seen for ages, those who see the light, who understands the other side. A search has begun but nothing has surfaced as one we look for. One day when it is worldwide out of minecraft we may find one or may find not. Our generations hero lies inside you just gotta find it in you. we need more men who know, who see and can do.
it isnt exactly that simple no offense, but once you fit in a mans shoes, see in ones Eye(s) you know why and what they think.
