I was a SUPREME donator and when I tried to upgrade to GOD the website wouldnt let me so i tried buying vip thinking it would upgrade me to god it didnt instead it set me as a vip rank and when I logged in the next day I was a default :( Please fix my rank! D:

 

You need proof that you had the rank and lost it or a picture of the receipt as proof of you buying it originally, post the thread here instead http://www.mineverse.com/forums/donor-donation-issues.55/ It'll get noticed there.
