You don't need to rank them who's the best (1st) and who isn't the very best (last, or 5th)...
All the moderators are the best, they all do an excellent job, and they are all equal. None of them suck, none of them are bad. They handle their ban appeals, do reports, and look out for the server. They all do a great job, not just one of them is "the very best" and the other one "not the very best" ...
