Im not sure if I just can't read, but it doesn't say anything about hacked clients? I have seen many people use them (Aura, rapidfire bow etc.) and nobody seems to report them. Is it actually allowed?

No not at all! It's just that if someone is hacking its best to record them, when sometimes they don't have their recording softwares ready

I was unfairly banned

I was afk, Doing nothing wrong, i came back and the server restarted. I tried to reconnect to kit pvp but, It sated i was banned. Could i please have an unban from kit pvp?

I suggest that we add the rule: Do not impersonate staff members, nor act like one.

People have been doing this more often. They do not know it is illegal, and they act like I am abusing when warning them.

Staff Permissions (forum and server):

Moderators have the power and permission to warn, or ban anyone at anytime when the rules are broken. If you feel this was abused, contact an administrator on the site via Private Messaging. Although moderators have this power, the warning or ban will be revered if deemed unfit by higher authority.
All bans require proof and a current administrator must have seen proof for a ban to be held. No proof has to be shown to a banned user, however.
The administration will ban any users who dispute donations.
The infraction/ ban reason used may not be relational to your offense if a moderator feels a different punishment is more suitable.
Staff members are able to match users to accounts on both, the servers and forums using IP addresses.
Staff members have the right to kick, temp ban, ban, or warn a user if they feel threatened by a user or cannot perform their job to the best of their abilities based on a user's behavior.
Staff members have the right to deny assistance to any user when deemed necessary.

Forum Rules:
General Rules:

Respect all Administrators, Moderators, Trial-Moderators, and users at all times.
Keep all discussion in threads related to topic. Do not spam or derail any threads.
Advertising (Exception: Youtube, Twitch, and other channels), referrals, and begging is not allowed.
Post any questions in the appropriate sections of the forums. If you're unsure where to post, feel free to ask a fellow user or a member of the staff team.
Please read the FAQ before posting any questions.
Do not share your personal information with anyone. This includes but is not limited to: IP addresses, Minecraft Account(s), Email accounts, and Skype profiles.
Trolling and posting multiple replies in a row. If you wish to add more information in a post, use the edit button.
Do not edit a post edited by a staff member.
Do not post illegal and/ or derogatory material. This includes Pornography, malware, torrents, etc.
All links posted to external websites must be approved by a staff member before it will become visible. Any unlawful content posted will result in a warning, temporary ban, or permanent forum ban.
Ratings farming and abuse of the ratings system will result in a removal of all ratings given to the afflicted users, removal of all accumulated ratings, removal of permissions to give ratings, and/or serve a possible temporary/ permanent forum ban.

Specific Rules:

1. Minor Warning

Posting in the wrong section could result in the removal of the topic, an infraction to the author of said topic and for repeat offenses a ban may be instated on the offenders account.
Not reading announcements. The announcements the rule refers to include any content posted by ex-staff or staff on the forums that is A) Pinned B) Within the announcement board C) Announced above forum sections
Unnecessary post includes posts that do not contribute to the content the thread it is posted in. If staff believe the post is reasonable you will not receive any punishment.

2. Warning

Inappropriate behavior refers to any behavior that shows any intolerance towards race, disability, sexual orientation, religion and belief or inflammatory comments directed at other members.
Profile violation refers to the use of inappropriate content within either of the following A) Avatar B) Signature C) 'About me' D) 'Website E) 'Location'. If staff believe the content is reasonable you will not receive any punishment. Inappropriate content is defined as anything that violates skyblock rules which includes but is not limited to pornographic, intolerant or unlawful content.
Spam includes any posts that are meaningless, off topic or used to farm post count. Spam, much like unnecessary posts are subject to staff opinion and will only be removed if seen unfit by staff. Spam only occurs if multiple instances of the same or similar posts are created. Staff discretion is used when differentiating spam from mass spam.
Bumping a thread older than 30 days is classified as spam. If the response is not deemed necessary and would require a new thread to be started you will receive an infraction for gravedigging/necroposting.

Repeat level 1 offences can be seen and enforced as though it/they were a level 2 infraction.

3. Minor Offenses

Posting in Ban Appeals, Reports, or Help when not directly involved or adding evidence.
Repeat level 2 offences can be seen and enforced as though it/they were a level 3 infraction.

4. Offences

Illegal content refers to real world laws, please note different States/Countries/Cities have different laws. This rule is not checked against any specific zones and staff discretion applies. If you have doubts about content then please contact a staff member. Furthermore, skyblock classes pornographic content as illegal content and will punish for it as such. Illegal content can also be enforced where the content only borders being illegal.
Mass spam is the same content as spam (see section 2) however on a larger scale. Again, staff discretion is used when differentiating spam from mass spam. If the spam contains content that violates other rules you can be infracted for both offences and serve a longer punishment.
Repeat level 3 offenses can be seen and enforced as though it/they were a level 4 infraction.

5. Major Offenses

Hacking refers to the act of gaining unauthorized access to another members account, computer or other intellectual property . Please note we understand things such as gaming accounts technically do not belong to the user however when enforcing this rule it is seen as theirs.
Ban evading refers to the act of creating another forum account or using an alternate minecraft account when you have one already banned.
Account Sharing refers to the act of allowing other users to use your account. This is an offense for both the user allowing it and the user doing it. If access is granted for special reasoning by an administrator the user must not send any messages from that account nor create any content.
Multiple accounts are not allowed by any user. (Exception: Creation of a ban appeal account is allowed as long as the account is strictly used for the ban appeal.) However, if you have other family members wishing to create a forum account please do so and contact a staff member immediately. Please note that if a family member becomes permanently banned, all family members are then banned until the issue is resolved.

Posting users personal information. Skyblock recognizes the majority of users real life information is available online however making it available on skyblock is an offense. Depending on the severity of the situation this can be worthy of a permanent ban.
Advertising refers to posting an external link. External links are allowed within reason, sites such as personal sites or a friends site is advertising. Furthermore, logos or images or mentions about such website even without an actual link is deemed advertising. This includes posts, topic titles, avatars, signatures, topics and private messages (if done for direct advertisement purposes).

Server Rules:
Global Server Rules:

Do not grief, steal, or bridge (skyblock servers). You will be immediately banned, rolledback, and have your content removed.
Do not ask staff members for items or staff positions.
Do not advertise other servers.
Do not scam anyone under any circumstances.
Do not spam or use offensive language. Avoiding the filter and racism also counts as offensive language.
(skyblock servers) Do not make new islands just to trade everything on them. This counts as new island farming.
Respect all members of the staff team and your fellow players.
Use common sense while playing on any of our servers.

Failure to follow any of these rules will result in a kick, tempban, or permanent ban.

If you want to help players with their situations you can create a conversation with them, and or tell a Moderator to post on that help thread.

Cyp, May I suggest a new rule? c: On servers with auctions, Most people bid when It says "Auction has 3 secs remaining, Auction has 2 secs remaining" and so on.. It is sniping. Sniping makes it really unfair for those who want a fair auction. Either remove the time limit for an auction, Or make auction sniping a rule kty c:
