I don't understand "rate abusing". If someone likes what someone else posts, then let them "like" it or "agree" with it.
Abuse is when unneeded ratings are unnecessarily spammed. Likes and agrees are fine, since they have no basis effect. I have been rating spammed 3 times now, and jacksh*t is being done. I got bad spelling on a perfectly grammatical sentence. As for when yo say something about opinion, I heavily disagree. It's fine to like around once, maybe twice if it's decent, but if you give an opinion on EVERY SINGLE DAMN POST then no one really feels any... motive behind the action.
Are they actually taking it away from them now? It should of happened earlier, as well as a thread threatening that it will happen for people to make them actually understand that it can happen and will happen..
