we already have problems caused by just the normal ranks so its best for the cool downs to stay put. after all, they payed more.

dude, look at it this way.
50 bucks is Elite, 100 bucks is God rank. They pay twice as much so then they have same cool downs, its either your idea with them having the other kits of the lower ranks as well or the system to stay as it is.

idea seems great its just not everyones rich or from a fully developed country, tweak it a bit and it might just make the server better
