Is there a reason why some people can access fully enclosed non accessible (to the public) levels of an island it is getting very frustrating

 

I've been to your island, are you referring to the first level where you have your animals and storage?

I guess there's no reason why they can..

If they're God or higher, they can fly to the next level. If not, I don't see how they could get down there.

My suggestion to you is blocking the bottom off with fences or whatever to prevent this.

Although, they can use /jump to get in...

 

it is a god doing it, the enclosure he is getting into is fully closed top to bottom (roof and floor included) in cobblestone unfortunately i dont have a screen shot of him in there only a couple of messages saying he was in there
