I sent two emails for help for my son, who is stuck in creative and can't respawn because of a death item that was sent to him. I have cleared his inventory and it didn't help, so I have emailed support twice so they can maybe clear his data and have had no response. How often and how quick do administration usually take to respond?
I have done that thanks. Still can't respawn. It is my son's account and he is really upset about it and keeps hassling me.
I want you to understand that the Co-Owner of the server has to read through the emails. He is very busy at times, and lives in a different time zone than most on the server. The only thing I can tell you to do is be patient until he gets to it. Other than that, sorry for the inconvenience.
