Before I begin this report, I need to point a few things out. PotionMixer, repeatedly cyber bullies people and is repeatedly being sexual towards other people. He's been muted and reported a lot. But it doesn't seem to be making him stop. It's nasty and wrong. He does it to myself and others. Mainly girls. It's sex jokes and other wrong and inappropriate things.
