As title suggests — I’ve become really nostalgic about my Minecraft server community days. I feel as though many of you can probably relate. I have little surviving forums evidence of my time in the mc community more generally. All other servers (most small) have all shut down/forums deprecated… except for these forums on mv. My mv profile dates me as Jan 21, 2014. 12 years ago. Wow. Curious what other “unc” people are still semi-active here. Would love to hop in a discord and meet all of you. im not an "unc" but i've been playing since 2014/15. dont remember exactly when i started, i was only 6 or 7 back then. Raged a lot when I died on kitpvp but man did I love playing this server.
I joined first on my brothers acc late 2014 i forget the date though back then i didn’t even have my own account me and my brother shared one lol
Joined some time in 2015 I think, and I spent most of my time on creative. I still hover around and such
think I must've joined sometime in mid-late 2013 but not really sure, I know I started playing minecraft around 1.6 and I quickly moved to online servers, didn't join the forums till I got banned for being a dumbass though lol def not active though, have long since moved onto other things
i joined mv in late 2013. i dont think anyone is still active on the main server but many og players come back to the forums once every few months/years to check up on the place. for me this is also the last 'community' server from the og minecraft days im still in. communities that last so long like this are very hard to find nowadays and minecraft multiplayer isnt what it was a decade ago. this is a relic from the old internet when forums felt like group chats with old friends
