Hello, I've just started playing Survival again and I bought an epic crate key using quest points. The problem, however, is that, as I clicked on the epic crate and the rewards started spinning, I was suddenly thrown out of the survival game mode and it said there was an error. I logged back into Survival, only to find that I got nothing from the crate even though the key disappeared from my inventory. So now I'm left with no rewards from the epic crate because of a glitch or something, I've got no idea... I checked that maybe I got claim blocks, cash or MCMMO points seeing as they are not items, but no. Absolutely nothing... Is there a way to resolve this issue, or do I have to save up for another crate key hoping I won't lose out on this one? Thanks in advance! My IGN is Kilcher.
