Hi,
I was on minechat on skyblock when I got a spam of chat saying one of my shops are out of stock. I would like to have it so you can only click the sign 5 times in a row before you can't click the sign again for another 10 seconds or so. I will add some screenshots to show you how annoying it is.

 

I think this is editable at the config
