@Watermelonone reason for no support?

 

I have improved on my maturity, however there haven't been many, or shall I say any situations which i've had to genuinely step in and show people that I have become more mature. Besides, if you take everything seriously people will try to avoid talking to you, as they will think you always feel attacked by what they say. Nonetheless thank you for the feedback.

 

Acting serious versus acting mature is far from the same. I find it hard for one staff member to be more serious than another, given that they follow the same guidelines and ban/punish others by the same rules. With this being said, maturity is a quality and development that shows respect towards all while also knowing the right times to be funny, sarcastic, etc. Seriousness, I agree, can be taken off as persisting and grave. All in all, maturity is a necessary quality when it comes to being a staff member, while being serious is just an attitude. One can be mature without being serious.

 

Yes, I see your point and I also agree with what you have said.

 

I forget if I already stated my massive support or not but I see you online, getting reports in, being nice, all of the time. Definitely one of the best mod apps right now.
