Implemented /tptoggle

My suggestion is that /tptoggle gets implemented in survival just like skyblock, because its very annoying when you are trying to play your game normally and someone constantly tries to /tpa to you. Yes you may say there is a 120 second cooldown before being able to tp to the player again, but still not very fun.

support this person in particular was so annoying & dis accidentally accepted one, idk whether it was to get him to stop or was meaning to tp someone else & he requested again - the player continued to grief an area of land I had not yet claimed as I didnt have enough blocks but had already built on :/

You dont really annoy, its more the new players that constantly spam in chat that they want loot (which I give them some to help them start out) but they keep asking for more and more. Which gets pretty annoying.
