  • How long does it typically take for a ticket to be responded to?

      I submitted a ticket a few hours ago and still have no response. I just wanna know from those who have submitted tickets before how long i should expect to wait.

      If they take the same time as when we had to report issues in the bugs section it takes between instantly to a few weeks.

      Right now it's the middle of the night so it likely won't get responded to until the morning or midday.

      Depends on the issue. Rank related issues can only be checked and dealt with by the very high staff. Other smaller issues can possibly be dealt with by mods. Usually it’ll take a few hours to a few days

      just relax and wait for it to be handled, also there's no need to tag staff to handle it quicker in the discord server if u want just pm janice politely

      I'd refrain from pming anyone and just wait and see what happens. Like Sniff said it usually depends on the issue.

      LOL only a few hours. I posted mine on April 27th and got a reply on May 24th, almost a month later. But it kind of depends on the issue.

      depends on the urgency/how complicated the subject on the ticket is.

      please give the staff time as there are only 2 staff members able to sort tickets, as some support tickets deal with sensitive information such as IPs or email addresses.

      they’re doing the best they can, getting multiple tickets a day that need attention and time to sort out.
