Heyo i am excited about infected returning :D however, when i log into the server and go into infected, my rank doesnt appear. I am Elite, and it does appear in eveery other minigame aswell as in the lobby/hub, however it does not in infected.

 

Its infection and just ask staff

I understand your rank issue, sadly we moderators do not have the permissions to fix this problem. The best and most efficient solution is to make a support ticket. This is how one of our administrators can fix this rank issue. Please be patient as we do get a lot of support tickets. Hopefully this helped.

i also noticed that when I'm infected, my xp bar progress is reset; meaning if i was 1 kill away from, say, rank 30, i would be a fresh rank 29 if i died

 

This was a bug that came with the release of infection, it should be patched now and not cause anymore issues.

 

@imGerry is this still an issue?
