OP PvP cheat 4 [Tempbanned][Sando]

1. Your ingame name: droppa
2. The offender's exact ingame name: Lobaa
3. A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Reach, etc... blah blah blah

Keep in mind that the player was getting steady 220+ ping during the duration of the fight, as I showed a couple times.
