Thanks Not to start anything or argue but, this is the most hypocritical statement I have seen. You constantly verbally abuse me in chat and message people things about me, people who are chill with me. I don't condone backstabbing as it's not who I am and I also don't condone people treating me like I am worthless and not defending myself a little, like you do everytime I am on. Regardless, I think this is just because I beat you on another server and you ragequit. I have also gotten to know you better and changed my opinion also. Nevertheless, thanks for you ''honest'' opinion and I hope I can change your mind in the near future. May I ask why?

So, Rent, I've been playing with you for about a day now, and my first impression and possibly my only impression of you, is that you're a very well-spoken person, and quite mature. Though, I have seen your temper burst out, It's never been too serious, and, I mean, hey, it happens to all of us! I told you that I had some advice for you, and I do, and I believe tremendously that if you take it into consideration, that you will make an exceptional moderator First thing, is that you should control your temper just a teensy bit more, not even a lot, you don't need to do that much in that area! Another thing I've noticed, is that you're mostly on Op PvP, rather than a lot of other servers. Unfortunately, being a moderator takes visiting each server and making sure it's "secure", you feel me? So, just spend a little more time on some other servers, you know, get some reports in (not that they matter), but just to show that you're not strictly just on Op PvP, ya dig ? You're a very fun, and kind person to play with, and I can definitely see you on the staff team in the near future.
I completely understand where you're coming from and I'll try my best to improve my behaviour regarding losing my temper etc. I do play infection quite a lot however I really do need to focus on being active on other servers as you stated which I will work on for sure. I've done quite a lot of reports, I want to say 150+ at least but as you mentioned, my main focus is Op PvP and the reports are 95% Op PvP. I'll try and work on cleaning up the server as a whole rather than just one or two particular servers so I appreciate that advice. I also appreciate the kind words you left at the end, as some may know I try to improve who I am and who I portray myself to be everyday not just for my benefit, but for the better of the community as a whole.
