MVP Rank [Resolved]

Hi,

I have been playing on here for a long time. I remember having an MVP rank, but nowadays I don't have it anymore. I was wondering if anyone could tell me why?

I do not see any payment history from that name or from your previous names.
Do you have a confirmation email with a transaction ID? (Feel free to blur the email and any other private information.)

 

I remember getting it because I was a top voter. That might be the reason that you don't see any payment history.

Yeah okay, but I have no idea why they removed it.

 

He would be a hundred percent eligible in getting the rank back. He voted for the server, was recognised as top voter, and had the rank before.

My MV screenshot archive only goes back until October 2014. I can't help you with an actual ss, but I'm sure you already have enough proof to get MVP back.
