So I was on infection earlier and some people were talking about this so I figured I’d suggest it and see what others think. The suggestion is to have everyone who survives a round get a level. Currently only the last person to die gets a level, but if multiple people survive then no one gets a level. Everyone should get a level who survives. I think it would make it more competitive too. Or, as @GbDuck suggested, give people who survive a certain amount of xp, like 25 to 50 xp rather than a level. That way people who still survive get a reward. Let me know what you think. If there are any suggestions to change/edit anything tell me too. Thanks!
This sounds great, except there's a few problems. No one would want to /suicide if there's an AFK zombie and if the humans and alpha are all teamed, which is likely, they all will get a level. The players just get free levels.
Then again people can team up as is anyways. Or trade off getting levels. There are technically ways to cheat the system no matter what it is. Teams will always be a thing sadly.
That's the problem. For now, at least it's just 1 level for one person every round, or 10xp per person if everyone survives, but for this, everyone gets a level. It just lets everyone go AFK or just talk with each other. No one cares about how boring games are, like commune. Even if commune is boring, people still do it because they want levels.
I wouldn't say a whole level, but you get some XP Perhaps 25-50. More than the current amount you get which is 10 XP I believe?
