      Whenever I try to add an upgrade from elite to supreme, the website says required package for that package has not been met. I am already elite in the game.

      dont close this, my support ticket has been on since last friday is 3+ days how long it usually takes>

      It usually takes up to a week, please be patient. As for this thread, unfortunately there is nothing else we can do; you just have to be patient and your support ticket should be handled soon.

      Yeah the support ticket is what I would suggest but I see you have already submitted that. This is strange, never seen this error before, hope it all works out.
