Unless it's custom made I doubt Noobcrew would just pick some random plugin off of spigot or bukkit :P nowadays and use it for a core gamemode addition especially knowing his standards have changed and most of the plugins publicly released won't support what he's looking for. Also I feel like this just isn't the type of minigame for Mineverse.
